The bed was comfortable.

The room had no weather stripping around the door, leading to noise and exhaust fumes entering the room, making it hard to relax.

The room was pet-friendly, the bed was good and there was a big size bathroom. Location : the hotel was not far from Riverside and a liquor stores and many fast food restaurants. It was good to be 1 mile away from The Flame Broiler, serving short-orders.

The hotel's position was magnificent and marvellous, short walk to restaurants, entertainment, and freeway and a liquor stores.

All fine, but towels too thin.

The staff, especially Yolanda was great, really appreciated her hard work while staying with young kids.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

The room was comfortable with cozy bedding, and I loved having a mini-fridge to keep my drinks cool. The tv made my downtime enjoyable, providing ample entertainment options after a long day.

The bathroom could use some extra cleaning.

The room had a very nice shower that felt refreshing after a long day. If you have a dog, make sure to check the crate rules beforehand.

Recommend it for couples looking for comfort

The beds were very comfortable, lots of soft pillows made it hard to get up in the morning, I reminded me of a king! Nice touch with the mini fridge, great for keeping sodas cold during the night.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but I guess you pay for location.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, ample parking, and proximity to restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was fantastic. No coffee or breakfast offered.

Excellent location near UC Riverside, comfortable beds, and friendly staff who are always ready to assist. Plus, the breakfast offerings really kick-started our mornings perfectly!

The room had a TV, microwave, and fridge, a spacious bathroom was a great feature to have, and the location, though not the safest.

The check-in process was smooth, largely thanks to the helpful staff. The room, however, had significant issues. The heating unit was excessively noisy and the lack of adequate weather stripping allowed unwanted sounds and fumes to seep in. The floors were dangerously slippery and appeared dirty. On the bright side, the location was convenient, with a nearby fast-food option still open for late-night cravings.

Although noisy neighbors caused some disturbance, the comfort of the bed made it easier to relax. I appreciated the helpful receptionist who provided great service.

The staff exemplified warmth, particularly the young lady at check-in, who provided really good service. The bed was comfortable. The communication from the front desk was lacking, leading to confusion about my room assignment, and the absence of breakfast options like coffee was disappointing. There was noticeable noise from outside .
